Classes can be purchased at the gym, online, or by purchasing an Apex membership. If you get an Apex membership then you also have access to 20 hours of open gym a week including aerial open gym where you can work on skills you learn in class! For any questions or concerns please email us!

Class Descriptions
YOUth Aerial
Youth Aerial classes are for participants between the ages 8-14 years old.
No prerequisites for this class
Classes include aerial fabric, sling, and lyra on a weekly rotation. We provide at least one performance opportunity per year for our students, allowing them to grow in both the athletic and artist sides of circus. Performance and classes will allow your child become a well rounded aerialist.
Children can come to aerial open gym if they are cleared by an instructor and only work on material they have learned in class.
Classes will focus on the following:
Strength, flexibility, body awareness
Fundamentals, form, and technique
Performance, movement quality, musicality
Skill based learning
Adult Aerial
Adult Aerial classes are for participants who are for ages 15+.
No prerequisites for this class.
Classes include aerial fabric, sling, and lyra. We hope to foster a safe and fun environment for students to learn and develop their skills with this fun athletic and artistic art form. We provide at least one performance opportunity per year for our students because we believe it is important for our students to be introduced to and learn the value of the performance side of circus.
Aerial Open Gyms are open are after Adult Aerial classes on Mondays and Thursdays from 8-10pm. There is also an Aerial Open Gym on Sundays 2-5pm. Feel free to further work on material you have learned in class!
Classes will focused on the following:

Partner Acrobatics
Partner Acrobatics is open to participants are ages 15+.
No prerequisites for this class.
Coming with a partner is encouraged, however you do not need to have your own partner to participate in class.
Classes will teach adagio, counter balancer, hand to hand, foot to hand on a rotating weekly schedule. This class will help you become a more well rounded acrobat. We will work on skills that are duo, trio, and group acrobatics skills.
Proper technique and safety is our number one focus!
Each class begins with bases doing strength exercises and flyers working on ground acrobatic before coming together to work on skills.
Classes will focus on the follow:
Strength building a lifting technique for bases
Acrobatics skills and technique for flyers
Skills training in adagio, counter balance, foot to hand, hand to hand, banquien, jumprope swinging
Class will be on a spring floor, with mats and proper spotting
Belt training will be available depending on skills
Skill based learning
Juggling
Juggling class is open to participants of all ages!
No prerequisites for this class.
Bring your own props if you have them, but if you do not we have props you can use for class.
Classes will teach balls, clubs, rings, and partner passing patterns on a rotating weekly basis. Rotating classes help you become a more well rounded juggler. Juggling is a prop manipulation discipline.
Class will focus on the following:
Catching and throwing technique
Juggling patterns and sides swap theory
Drills to help increase number of props being juggled
Passing technique
Connecting patterns
Skill based learning
Hand Balancing
Hand Balancing class is open to participants of all ages!
No prerequisites for this class.
Classes will teach various inversions including handstands, crocs, headstands, armstands, and presses on a rotating weekly basis. Rotating classes help you become a more well rounded hand balancer. We will also be using balance boards, wooden blocks, and handstand canes in our classes. These will be provided but feel free to bring your own as well!
Class will focus on the following:
Body and air awareness
Form and technique drills
Condition to build proper strength
Flexibility to increase shape options
Skill based learning
Chinese Pole
Adult Aerial classes are for participants who are ages 15+.
No prerequisites for this class.
Chinese Pole is a unique apparatus where aerial and ground acrobatics meet!
CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS!!!
Shoes required for class! We recommend shoes with a flexible sole such as ASICS wresting shoes or Feiyues.
Wear two layers on the top and they bottom. Outer layer should be jeans and a thick long sleeved shirt. We recommend buying clothes from a thrift store for the outer layer, because of the nature of Chinese Pole the clothing tends to rip from the friction.
Class will teach climbs, static poses, flags, dynamic drops, partnering and more!

Pole technique and proper form

Stage Combat
Stage Combat classes is for participants who are ages 15+
No prerequisites for this class.
Classes will teach various martial techniques to improve your stage combat abilities. Focusing on how to safely punch, kick, falls, roll, throws and grapple! It also has a focus in weapon use such as swords and staffs. This class will teach you how to safely move through exciting and believable stage combat choreography for live performance or film!
Class will focus on the following:
Martial technique
Weapons technique
Proper safety
Learning fight choreography in a group
Skill based learning
Dance
Dance class is open to participants of all ages!
No prerequisites for this class.
Come to this class and learn the foundations on contemporary dance and movement quality. Focus on learning proper technique for unique ground dance movement, spins, leaps, and more! Increase your mobility and challenged your brain with fun and original choreography each week!
Class will focus on the following:
Contemporary dance technique
Weekly choreography
Moving together as a team
Flexibility and joint mobility
Stength and Flexibility
Strength and Flexibility class is open to participants of all ages!

Come get in shape in a way your never have before! Circus Artist are some of the most well rounded and fit athletes in the world. Circus Fit is a class where we train a variety of different forms of fitness to increase your functional strength and mobility.
Each will be split into 4 components cardio, strength, prehab, and flexibility.
Class will focus on the following:
Power lifting technique
HIIT and Cardio for act endurance
Prehab exercises to protect against injuries
Flexibility and joint mobility
